For the notes section, we let our team create and color-code notes, edit them easily, and share them internally.

In our bookmarks section, we can add multiple images or just use the OG image from a link, and there's a little slider to browse through them. We can also share these bookmarks among the team.

For tasks, we have customizable templates for each project, and each section can have as many tasks as we need. When you open a task, you can add images and place annotations to highlight specific parts—like a header or a particular section. After you’ve added annotations, they appear right in the comment section, so the team can click and jump directly to those details." That way, everything flows in order.

Plus, we also have a notes section within each task where we can add specific notes just for that task.

Each project can be easily shared with clients through a unique link. You have the option to add a password for security if needed, but it's not required. Once the client opens the project link, they can view everything and even leave comments or add their own annotations if they need to. It’s a simple way for clients to interact directly with the project and collaborate.
